I know this title sounded a bit weird...but after i finish telling abt today, i hope this title suits...well...im actually really outta idea already...cant think of any suitable title anymore...aiks....sorry ppl out there....

Today's training was usual, except for my favourite SHB 99, the red shoe...(currently under maintainence...due to that BIG HOLE) and then i wore my old shoe for training....and so we started off with shadow practice(footworks) and then shuttle drill....
I learnt something new from the shuttle drill, which is very useful not only for me, but any other badminton players out there...(for those who don't play badminton...this may bore u abit, but try applying on anything in ur life) and then i was ask to do smash and drops....that wan r... ok la...satisfying only la...not say VERY GOOD also....haihz....
Then it was the 2nd type of exercise we need to do, jab all the flat shots....so first time i did was not impressive at all...kena marah...as usual...and then until the 3rd set(each set consist of 40 shuttles...) and then i force my mind to do it...and finally can...i got it...
Then during the break, my coach told me this:
"Remember to take the shot from the front, don't take it from the back....u will delay time and ur opponent will have more chance against u..."
ANd then he ask me to think of what he said when i was arranging the shuttle....
A moment later, my coach came back....
And then the 3rd exercise was random(the shuttle will go everywhere around the court....we are required to do 3 sets(each sets 40 shuttles) and then the first and second set was a SCREWED UP....!!!!!!!
and then....
u know la.....

and then say take the shot from the front lor....
So after got "lectured" , i tried to put in my mind, and finally i got it...the 3rd set i put everything i got into it...smash and jab like NUTS and i got what he meant...it really was there....
But everything was not over yet....we have to keep the shuttles and then do physical exercise...and let me tell u what?? It was a OMG situation....
And then it was really a tiring one...hold the squash racket and do many stuff....the physical exercise we gotta do was a long long list....(u cant imagine it) :
1) Footwork(hop and jump smash, front court footwork, tap...go and back 4 times for each)
2) Footwork on court....MANY times...
3) Push up
4) Hind Jump
5) Lunges(duno the spelling)
6) Star Jump
7) Sit up
8) Side ways stretch(50 times)
And finally i finished it..i lied on the floor and RIP(hahahahah !!! Freaking tiring)
And the overall conclusion i learnt was:
Take the shot from the front of you, not behind of you, u can make a DIFFERENCE ~~~!!!!!!
